Definitely Useful As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient. PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. Impressive customer service I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Much easier than expected

What do you like best? Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used! What do you dislike? I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. Simple and easy document solutions Its been less than 2 weeks and I have used this service quite a few times to fill in documents or customize documents.
