I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

kind of difficult to understand..sometimes it would not fill out the form and sometimes it would, then go back to the first signature and had to keep confirming.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

How do you change app labels on Android?
Once the app is installed, open it and scroll down the list to find the app for which you want to change the name of the shortcut. Tap on the app name. Information about the app shortcut displays in the right pane. Tap the area that says Tap to change label.
How do you change app icons and names on Android?
Open the app and tap the screen. Choose the app, shortcut or bookmark whose icon you wish to change. Tap Change to assign a different icon either an existing icon or an image and tap OK to finish. You can change the app's name as well if you want.

Yes, Android O kind of messed it up, but you can still make It work. Instead of opening the app directly, On the home screen, make a widget and choose “Shortcut creator” and then the app should open up itself and then choose your app and delete the name. A lot of work just to keep the launcher.
