I really like the fact rhat PDF filller allows me to work on very important PDF documents that I need to fill out but I still have trouble navigating these documents which is why I only gave 4 stars. Maybe with better instructiins...

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

Makes pdf edition easier
In our office we need to fill a lot of IRS, FDOR and Court forms. This software allows us to fill them and save them a feature most of the governmental entities don't allow us. It also allows us to erase and edit all pdfs which makes our lives easier. It also allows you to load a document from every possible location, even has its own data of forms.
What I don't like about this software is that in order to go to the next page you can't roll down you have to switch pages and sometimes I end up missing a page of the document.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.

Authorized Representative. Someone who you choose to act on your behalf with the Marketplace, like a family member or other trusted person.

Completing Form I-9 for Remote Hire. Employers may designate an authorized representative to fill out Forms I-9 on behalf of their company, including personnel officers, foremen, agents or notary public.

Who Can Be an Authorized Representative for Section 2 of the Form I-9. Section 2 of the Form I-9 can sometimes be difficult to complete because of the requirement for the employer to be physically present with the employee in order to complete it.
Who can fill out i9 section 2?
An employer or an authorized representative of the employer completes Section 2. Employers or their authorized representatives must physically examine the documentation presented by the employee and sign the form.
Who can sign an i9 form?

Can a notary sign an 9 form?
As of 2018, there is no certificate wording included in the I-9 form, nor is a Notary asked to affix his or her seal to the form, so the answer is no. The authorized representative does not perform a notarization or affix a Notary seal to the I-9, since they are not acting as an official Notary Public.
Does an i9 need to be signed in person?
Since it must be done in person, employers essentially have two options for verifying I-9 documents for remote employees: Designate an authorized representative to inspect the documents for remote employees. Use a notary public.
