With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Initial rough start when my first document could not be converted to PDFfiller format & problems setting up an account password, but that is behind me now and application is working as advertised.

I have found that PDFfiller is very simple to use and offers quite the range of options. Matter of fact, to date, I have yet to figure out anything they don't offer that I would ask to be added. Quite a happy client!

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.
