Online help got me going in the right direction finally. I found navigating this program a little difficult but ask for help and voila.

Web based PDF signing tool
I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything.
PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

A Superb App to Create Fillable PDF Forms
The most easiest app to create fillable pdf forms in the most efficient way. Furthermore, editing an existing pdf is so much easier with super features such as text editing, adding watermark, merging and splitting pdf files, etc.
This is a paid application. Editor interface is not that simple and you need more time to learn for the beginne

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Me gusta porque tiene funciones para fusionar, reordenar o añadir páginas. Tiene un costo asequible en comparación con otros programas similares. Me gusta también porque puede convertir archivos PDF en archivos rellenables de Word. Tiene un panel de administración intuitivo.

How long does it take to get an e permit?
It took 9 days to get my permit approved to take a class in Brooklyn College. On Baruch's website, Office of the Registrar claims that it takes 7-10 days to process.
How do I get my e permit?
Sign in to your CUNYFirst account from your home school website. Click on the Student Center icon on the left side of the screen. Select from the other academic pull down menus: Select the appropriate term, Add permit, and click continue.
What is an e permit?
E-permit facilitates the process of PUNY students obtaining permission to register for courses offered at other PUNY colleges. Please note that an e-permit does not automatically register a student for a course nor does issuance of an e-permit guarantee enrollment at the Host College.

Can I take courses at two PUNY colleges?
In order to take a course at another PUNY college, students apply for permits through the Self Service Student Center area of CUNYfirst. Students must submit one permit application for each course they wish to take on permit. Before the student can register at the host college.
How do I drop permit?
You must email epermit@baruch.cuny.edu to cancel all unwanted approved permits. [Please see details in Cancellation section.] (Students already enrolled into host courses, they must log into their CUNYfirst account and drop all courses that they will not take.
Can I take courses at another university?
You may be able to take courses at another university on a letter of permission.
How do I take classes at another university?
Step 1: Identify courses to take. Step 2: Investigate financial aid options. Step 3: Apply to the other college. Step 5: Register for courses. Step 4: Be aware of transfer conditions.
