For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I love that I can fill out forms and save them fax them from here and really anything I need to do in one area. I hate that it cost so much cause I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the money to keep it I can only use it for the free 39 days.
