One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

How can you tell the quality of paper?
Weight value of paper is measured in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher the GSM the better quality and feel of the paper.
How do you test quality of paper?
Gram mage Test. The mass per area of the paper is measured as GSM (grams per square meter). Thickness. Defines the thickness of the paper. Bulk. Thickness of the paper in relation with GSM. Porosity or roughness. Dimensional stability. Opacity. Paper shade. Burst strength.
How do you test the strength of a paper?
To test for strength, put small weights (perhaps coins) on the paper one at a time and record the type of paper, whether it's tested wet or dry, and how much weight the paper can hold before tearing.
What is the physical property of paper?
Physical properties of paper sheets are determined by basis weight, thickness, density, lopsidedness, smoothness, permeability, handle, rigidity, roughness, and porosity, which in turn affect sheet properties of softness, hardness, compressibility, dimensional stability, curl, and strength (Casey 1980. Boleyn 1962).
How do you test tensile strength of paper at home?
Tie a short length of your test material in a secure knot around the hook of the spring scale. Secure the top of the spring scale to something steady, like a table or wall. Pull on the test material until it breaks. Record the force measured by the spring scale right before the test material breaks.
What is the quality of paper?
Qualities of paper that matter to us as calligraphers include: WEIGHT. The higher the number, the more substantial the paper. It will be part of the information about the paper a tissue paper might be 10gsm, a photocopy paper would be around 80gsm, a good watercolor paper could be 300gsm or more.
What is a good quality paper?
Low grade photocopier paper is around 80gsm. Letterheads 100-120gsm with good quality letterhead around 120gsm. Business cards are around 350gsm and flyers around 300gsm-350gsm. Uncoated papers are bulkier than coated and Matt and silk coated papers are bulkier than gloss.
What is the highest quality paper?
Rag paper contains 100% linen and/or cotton fiber and is therefore the highest quality and most expensive paper.
