Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

I am glad to have found this site/app because it has made doing school at home possible. Its so easy to use i just wish i the price was a little lower as for an unemployed it is a little steep.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
