Exactly the form that I required. Repeated editing was necessary for approval of recipient and permitted by PDF filler. Direct email was most helpful to pre-empt time delays. Anticipate emailing for initials & signature - hope it works out.

It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

Excellent service
I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

How do you keep record of invoices?

Do I need to keep paper copies of invoices?
The answer is YES! The good news is that for most types of sales and expenses, a scanned copy of the invoice or receipt is acceptable. You're allowed to keep your records on paper, digitally or as part of a software package. The main thing is that records are accurate, complete and readable.
Do I need to keep paper copies of invoices HMRC?
Scanned receipts and invoices: HMRC requirements. As with hard copy documentation, HMRC require you to keep at least 6 years electronic archived documentation. You may need to keep your records for longer than 6 years if any of the following apply: a transaction covers more than one accounting period.

Do I need to keep all business receipts?
The business relationship. The IRS does not require that you keep receipts, canceled checks, credit card slips, or any other supporting documents for entertainment, meal, gift or travel expenses that cost less than $75. You do need receipts for these expenses, even if they are less than $75.
How long do you keep invoice records?
The IRS recommends keeping invoices that will help substantiate business income or deductions during the entire statute of limitations for when the tax records can be changed or reviewed. This is generally three to seven years, depending on the circumstances.
How long do records need to be kept?
Keep records for 7 years if you file a claim for a loss from worthless securities or bad debt deduction. Keep records for 6 years if you do not report income that you should report, and it is more than 25% of the gross income shown on your return. Keep records indefinitely if you do not file a return.
