The check mark feature is cool but did not work as smoothly as I'd like. It sometimes just snaps out of the center of where I want to check mark.

Can you have 2 leases at once?
A person can have as many leases signed as the person can find landlords with whom to sign the leases. That is, it would not be unlawful that a person is the tenant for two places at the same time
Can you rent an apartment if your name is on another lease?
If the primary borrower on the co-signed lease stops making payments, it could affect your ability to get an apartment rental lease in your own name. When the primary borrower defaults on his lease, the landlord may evict the tenant, send the debt to a collection agency or sue you in civil court.
Can a child be on two leases?
Generally, this will be up to two factors. Your local and state laws and what's written in the lease. If the laws dictate that a child can be a tenant than it will be up to the lease to confirm the age. In many states, any child under the age of 18 is not considered an occupant or tenant.
Can I be on two leases at once?
In general it is not illegal to lease multiple apartments in your name. Just because it is legal, the landlord is not compelled to lease to you if it feels that you would be a financial risk for holding multiple leases.
Do children have to be on a lease?
Adult children (age 18 or older) should be listed on the lease, and they should sign the lease as well. If an adult child does not sign the lease there are risks for the landlord and adult child. The risk for the adult child is that they're considered a guest instead of a tenant.
Can a landlord limit the number of children?
When it comes to occupancy numbers, landlords can get into trouble with discrimination against familial status. In other words, landlords cannot reject an applicant because they have children. A landlord should always limit total occupancy to lease signatories and any minor dependents.
