What do you like best?
I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier.
What do you dislike?
I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :)

I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.

How do you avoid stamp duty?
If your name is going to be on the deeds, and you own another property, then the 3% extra stamp duty applies. But, there are a few ways you can avoid it: Gift a deposit if you aren't going to be a joint owner then the stamp duty for second homes won't apply.
Does a contract need to be stamped?
For example, any property sold by an individual basis the written contract without any stamp duty paid/ franked, such a document does not have a legal validity and shall not stand legally binding document. Generally, a physical stamp is required to be part of the document to assert its legal validity.
Is stamp paper required for agreement?
Agreements on normal papers (and not stamp paper) are valid in evidence and are enforceable as against the parties who have signed the same. They can be used as evidence and proof in a court.
What is a stamp paper agreement?
Non-judicial stamp papers are generally used for documentation, in legal documents like power of attorney, sale deed, rent agreement, affidavits, transfer of immovable property like building, land, mortgage or other important agreements etc. At present the non-judicial stamp papers of value Rs. 5, Rs. 10, Rs. 20, Rs.

Is Rs 100 stamp paper necessary?
Agreements made on white paper are valid. So an agreement made on 100 rupees stamp paper can surely be valid if it fulfills all other conditions under the law and as per the law. But, if the agreement requires to be stamped and registered then it cannot be used as an evidence of proof before a Court of law.
Which stamp paper is required for rent agreement?
The agreement should be printed on a Stamp paper of a minimum value of Rs. 100 or 200/-. Stamp duty is 1% of the total rent plus deposit paid annually or Rs. 500/- whichever is lower.
Is it necessary to initial each page of a contract?
There is no statute or law that demands that each page of a contract be initialed. Written contracts are binding if signed once by the parties to the contracts don't assume you want wiggle out of a contract because you did not initial it on every page. The contract is binding if signed on the last page.
