It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.

Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

It takes some getting used to after using tools such as Adobe, but overall it's pretty intuitive.

Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding.
