Great product, have not really used much but I got it in anticipation of a pdf filler. Plus the price is great. My son is really happy we have it makes his applications look amazing.

I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

Need to make this able to handle more than 150 pages, or at least have the document splitter handle up to 500 pages. I manage PDF files which average 300 pages....

Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

GREAT product!
Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier.
This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean.
I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

What does it mean to be a co applicant?

Does being a co applicant affect your credit?
In a strict sense, the answer is no. The fact that you are a cosigner in and of itself does not necessarily hurt your credit. However, even if the cosigned account is paid on time, the debt may affect your credit scores and revolving utilization, which could affect your ability to get a loan in the future.
Does a co applicant need good credit?
When applying with a co-applicant, a standard credit application is required for both borrowers. Borrowers with good credit can help low credit quality borrowers to obtain loan financing approval. They can also help to lower the interest rate on a loan for average credit quality borrowers.
What is the difference between applicant and co applicant?
Co-applicant is a person who applies along with the borrower for a loan. A coborrower along with the primary borrower accepts responsibility for repaying a debt. Usually, husband-wife, father-son or mother-son apply for a joint loan. Banks do not encourage friends or distant relative as a co-applicant for a home loan.
