I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I love this engine because I can graduate the size of letters, be able to type anywhere on the pages and save every minute all forms in secure.

THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PDF APPLICATON CONVERT A FORM INTO AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT AS QUICKLY AS PDF FILLER. IT'S NOT FAST, IT'S IMMEDIATE!FAST (I ALREADY SAID THAT.) EASY, ACCURATE, SMOOOTH.THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN WHEN THEY DESCRIBE A SYSTEM AS "USER FRIENDLY." IT'S JUST FUN WATCHING A COMPLEX SYSTEM WORK FLAWLESSLY IN A WORLD WHERE MOST DON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR HYPE.COMPLEX TO INTERACTIVE IN SECONDS!!!

Prompt and Efficient Response
They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
