Stress free
I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc.
I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role.
I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

GREAT product!
Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier.
This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean.
I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

pdfFiller is part of a VERY reputable company that stands by their quality and customer service. There are other similar programs out there, but this one offers much more functionality. Highly recommend if you need pdf editing.

How do I send multiple documents in one fax?
Locate the documents you want to attach. Press and hold the “Ctrl” key and click each document to select multiple files from a single directory. Click the “Attach” button to add the documents. If necessary, click the paperclip icon and select files again if you have additional documents to attach to the fax.
How many papers can you fax at a time?
For traditional fax machines, it's recommended that you submit 50 pages or fewer. For an easier and reliable transmission, start with batches of 15 pages. Fortunately, online fax services are on the rise these days.
Can you fax multiple pages at once?
Most faxed documents consist of multiple pages and thanks to the standard technology built in to the vast majority of fax machine models, sending multiple page documents with a fax machine requires just a few steps. Fill out a fax cover sheet. Place pages into the fax machine's document feeder.
How many pages can I send in a fax?
The number of pages you can send in one document is unlimited, but we recommend that you split faxes longer than 25 pages into smaller faxes and then send them one after the other. This will help to ensure successful transmission.
How long does it take to fax 20 pages?
When sending or receiving a fax, documents that contain mostly text usually take approximately 1 minute per page. For documents that contain graphics (e.g. scans of documents), or for faxes that are being sent through a slow phone line, it may take 5 minutes per page or more to be sent or delivered.
How large can a fax be?
You can add up to 10 different files for your fax transmission, regardless of the number of pages in each file. The maximum file size for each and all files should not exceed 20 MB.
