I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Seems ideal for filling Apps. Better than Acrobat Pro.
While I have only played in the app for about 15 minutes, I very much like the tools provided for completing forms. In fact, they are superior (for the purpose of form completion) to those available in Adobe Acrobat Professional. They are far more intuitive. Once I get more time in, I will likely increase my rating to five stars.

I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. Navigate to Setup, in App Setup and click on Customize. Then, select Leads >> Fields, the lead fields will get displayed in the screen. Click on Map Lead Fields button in Lead Custom Fields & Relationships section. Click on Save.
How do you map a lead conversion field?
Click icon. Click Leads under MARKETING. Click wrench icon in the top right. Click Lead Conversion Data Mapping. Click Edit button to modify existing field settings or map custom fields. Click Add Mapping button. Consequently, a new set of fields (placeholders) will be added to map custom fields.
What is lead mapping?
When you convert lead records, standard lead fields map to contact, account, person account, and opportunity fields. If you use custom fields, your admin specifies the fields that they map to in your newly created records.
When converting a lead How can an admin capture custom lead data on the converted contact?
When a Sales Administrator wants to convert a lead and capture custom lead data on the converted contact they can map custom contact leads to custom contact fields. In order to map custom leads you must go to object management settings for leads and then to the fields section from there.
