Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Works as Advertised
I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive
Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

Some issues with editing documents
Some issues with editing documents. A specific example is that it can be hard to remove checks and X's from document, but overall one of the best document editors i have used.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
