I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

How do I reduce the file size of a PDF in PowerPoint?

Why does my font change when I convert a PDF to PPT?
This typically happens if you are using a non-web safe font and haven't properly embedded them when saving in PowerPoint. To fix this, you'll need to re-save your PDF file with the fonts embedded.
How do I keep the image quality when converting a PowerPoint presentation to PDF?
Under "Image Size and Quality", check "Do not compress images in file". If using the MS365 version of the program, for Default resolution, select "High fidelity" For earlier versions, set the default target output to 330 ppi.
