It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.
