What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Thus far this has been a great experience. It provides all of the forms that I could ever use and it has a docusign version that makes it easy to connect with the clients I am serving.

What do you like best?
The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

The interface of PDF isn't as modernized as some other products are.

How do you photocopy legal papers?
MAKING COPIES Press the COPY mode key to illuminate it. Unfold the ADF document support flap (2) and the ADF document support (1). Place the document(s) you want to copy into the ADF face up, top edge first until you feel it touch the roller. Adjust the paper guides (1) to fit the width of your document.
Can you photocopy in Color?
Color photocopying is available in the core using the any of the scanners and a color printer. The easiest way to make a color photocopy is to use GLAZIER, but any machine with a scanner can act as a photocopier.
How do I photocopy multiple pages?
If you are copying more than one page, place your stack of pages in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) on top of the machine (usually top of the page, turned up and facing left). Your copier may be on the network, and you may be using it as your printer or scanner.
How do you make a legal copy of a letter?
Press the or button to specify the reduction or enlargement ratio (25 — 400%). Press and hold down the or button to quickly advance through the ratios. Note: To scan a legal-sized document onto letter-sized paper, select 85%
How do I make a legal size copy?
Press Menu, 1 (General Setup), 2 (Paper), 2 (Paper Size). Press 1 for MP Tray or Press 2 for Tray 1. Press the Down arrow key to select Legal. Press OK. Press Stop/Exit.
How do I print legal letters?
Click the “File” menu and then click “Print” in the left pane. Click the “Legal” drop-down menu under “Settings” and select “Letter.” Each page in the document will now be resized from legal to letter size.
