Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.

Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
