With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. This is my first time using PDF filler, but I like the ability to work with PDF documents this program has given me so far. I would really like the ability to highlight and possibly copy the PDF over to a word or excel document. But being able to highlight and put a sticky is excellent!!!

I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

Great app does exactly what i needed!
Easy to figure out, simple to use, always have a copy of before and after. This software is always on my bookmarks bar, so is easy to launch.

What do you like best?
I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have.

I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.
