Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

They have great customer service I was…
They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

This application solved my work!
I am constantly receiving email with PDF attachments which I must review immediately and in many cases merit that I fill or edit them, for which I had to download the mail file and manipulate it to send it again. Well that I finish since discovering this extension for my mail, through it I open and edit online from my mail the file received. This speeds up the tasks.
The only thing I should mention is that being an online job, the Internet connection must be constant and efficient so that the work flows quickly.

I am sorry…..I am having a hard time. It is completely my own fault. And that is because I am computer illiterate. So I am trying to learn this stuff for the first time completely on my own. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction. I already tried to watch You Tube. But it didn’t quite help. I am a total newbie. Beyond a newbie even, I guess. So sad….

What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.

A new signature template would be appreciated

How do you write a notice to a tenant?
Begin the letter with the date on which you mail or deliver the letter in person. Include your name, address and phone number, followed by the tenant's name and address. You can also insert a subject line that summarizes the reason for the letter to vacate. Start with a salutation, followed by your tenant's name.
Can I email my 30-day notice to vacate?
Although an advance email or text message from your tenant may be sufficient to put you on notice, it will not be sufficient in an eviction or unlawful detained action if things go wrong. A note signed by tenants stating their intent to vacate in 30 days or by a certain date is sufficient.
Do you have to pay rent when you give a 30-day notice?
Yes, rent has to be paid during 30 days notice period. Rent is paid as far as you hold the possession of property including notice period. However, if you are in lack of funds or simply not willing to pay rent. Don't pay the rent, your landlord will automatically adjust from refundable security deposit.
When should you give a 30-day notice?
The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease. For example, if a landlord wants the tenant to vacate on February 1st, they would need to give a 30-day notice at least 30 days before February 1st.
Does 30 day notice have to be on first of the month?
30 days is 30 days. You do not need to actually give the notice on the first, but you need to give AT LEAST 30 days notice. That is, it can be more, but it can't be less. Practically speaking, the landlord may or may not seek to get the additional month's rent our of you.
How do you write a 60-day notice to move?
Include your name and the rental address, and date the letter. Don't date it and hold onto it. Date it for the day you are giving it to the landlord to start the 60 days. Address the letter to the landlord with a subject line of “60-Day Notice to Vacate.”
How do I fill out a 60-day notice to vacate?
Be in writing. Say the full name of the tenant or tenants. Have the address of the rental property. And. Say that the month-to-month tenancy will end in 30 days if the landlord is giving a 30-day notice or in 60 days if he or she is giving a 60-day notice.
