PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do. I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need. When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

So far So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

Works well Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

Write-off Overpayments Sometimes the overpayment is so small, of the client hasn't used the credit, and it's been almost a year, you can write the overpayment off. To do this, you would create a new invoice for the overpaid amount and apply a credit to the invoice so that it can be closed.
Writing off an overpayment. If a customer pays you more than the amount required to pay a debt in full, you can mark the invoice as paid in full and write off the overpayment.
Create an invoice for the amount that was overpaid and apply to the invoice to remove it from the Aging report. Create a manual GL Journal Entry using the BP with the AR Account. Create a Payment Attribute for over payments and apply during the payment transaction.
Use a credit balance adjustment to apply the overpayment as a payment to subsequent invoices. Use a negative invoice charge to apply the overpayment as a credit to a future invoice. Return funds to the customer and do not record any credit balance or negative invoice credit in Quora.
The entry to write off a bad account affects only balance sheet accounts: a debit to Allowance for Doubtful Accounts and a credit to Accounts Receivable. No expense or loss is reported on the income statement because this write-off is “covered” under the earlier adjusting entries for estimated bad debts expense.

Create a Billing for the customer. Set the GL account on the billing line to sales or miscellaneous revenue account. Post the billing. Navigate to the cash receipt with the overpayment. Apply the balance of the cash receipt to the overpayment.
