I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork. My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files. What do you dislike? Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful. What problems are you solving with the product?
