Easy to use
Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

Makes PDF files easy to manage!
It makes it easy for our employees to attain and manage pdf files on the go. It saves every time and is easily accessible.
There are times when it takes a few times to bring up the document. This may just be an internet issue on my end.

Although I found out that I didn't need a pdf app, it was a pleasant experience, and the free trial served its purpose of discovering if it was for me.

Its been great. I am sorry to say I will not be able to do the full year as I needed a PDF on the emergency for some VA forms, but you saved my bacon for a low price... so long as the unsubscribing goes smooth. Thanks again.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.
