the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

I like that I can bring in any fillable… I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

What do you like best? The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information. What do you dislike? I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I made the mistake of subscribing to a… I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
