I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Does what it says. The only thing it says it does that I cannot perform on my Macbook is the ability to shift+tab to the next fill-in section after filling in a previous section.

It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

I love it! I am a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have had to learn how to teach online. This program allows me to give feedback directly on the page for each student, as well as create and personalize assignments. It's been a lifesaver!

could be better
I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose.
some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out
