I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

Such a great company
Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. We received a confirmation refund email 2 minutes after Ryan connected with me. I will always do business with companies of integrity like PDFfiller. Well done

What if you lose all forms of identification?

Can I get a copy of my ID online?
Online. You may order a duplicate online through a My DMV account. The issue date on your latest license or ID card is required to set up a My DMV account. If you do not have the issue date or an existing My DMV account, please order in person.
How do I replace my state ID?
At a Secretary of State Office If your standard or enhanced state ID card is lost or stolen, you may visit any Secretary of State office to apply for a replacement. You will need to present identification to substantiate your identity.
