Great way to electronically complete forms!
I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!
It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

How do I clear my fax memory?
All fax machines are different. Many of them will have a Clear button that you can press after sending a fax. Otherwise, you will need to go into the settings menu and look for Delete Data, Format, or Clear Memory. Then follow the steps as instructed.
How do I delete my fax history?
Press the up or down button to scroll and locate the document you want to delete. Press the Start/Copy button to select the fax. A prompt will appear on your fax machine's display. Press the * button to delete the fax.
How can I see my fax history?
Log in to your Fax Through Email account. Click History, or under Account Overview, see your five most recent faxes. (Optional) To narrow the fax history list from the Show: drop-down list, you can select the criteria you want to view: all, sent, received, or blocked.
How do I clear the memory on my brother fax machine?
To erase the faxes stored in your Brother machine's Message Center memory, follow these steps: Press the ERASE key. Press the LEFT OR RIGHT ARROW key to select Fax. Press the SET key. Do one of the following: — Press 1 to erase the faxes.
What does it mean when your fax machine says out of memory?
Out of Memory. The “Out of Memory” message means the memory capacity of the unit has been exceeded. The amount of memory used depends on the amount or type of data on the documents being faxed, copied or printed from the PC.
Do fax machines have internal memory?
Modern fax machines have RAM memory just like a computer. As a fax is received, it is temporarily stored in memory, allowing the fax to print the document. Memory on a fax machine makes it easier to print whole pages.
What does Fax Memory Full mean?
Memory receiving allows you to hold received documents in the machine's memory until you want to print them. The Canon fax machine can store up to 256 pages of documents in its memory, depending on your model. The “Memory Full” message appears on the display when you have too many documents saved.
How do I clear the memory on my HP fax machine?
Clear Fax from Memory Press the “Enter/Menu” button on the printer's control panel. Press the right arrow button one time to display Fax Functions, then press “Enter/Menu” again. Press either arrow button to highlight Clear Stored Faxes, then press “Enter/Menu” twice.
