When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism!
