Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

Good service. It's more than I want to pay. I don't use it enough to justify the price. If I need these type of services again I would return to this company.

Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

How do I delete autofill suggestions?
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar and select Settings. Click Show advanced settings and find the Passwords and forms section. Select Manage Autofill settings. In the dialog that appears, select the entry you'd like to delete from the list.
How do I delete search suggestions?
Delete a URL auto-fill prediction in Chrome: Scroll down using your keyboard's arrow keys until the autocomplete suggestion is highlighted. Hold down Shift + FN + Delete on your Mac. Hold down Shift + Delete on a PC.
