Did not know what to expect at first, this being my first time to use online PDF forms. But, after I got the hang of it, it's working out awesome and exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

Works as Advertised
I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive
Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

Fax and Documents
Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!
I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Do you have to pay a deposit when renewing a lease?
By definition, a lease renewal extends the terms of a lease to cover a new period of time. So if the existing lease requires a security deposit, that requirement applies to the renewal period. Security deposits are returned (or retained) when the leased premises is vacated, not when the lease is renewed.
When renewing a lease Do you have to pay another security deposit?
Even if you did not pay a deposit up front when you sign your initial lease, the landlord may try to add a deposit clause to your lease renewal. If you did pay a security deposit, the landlord may try to keep the deposit for a longer period of time as part of your renewal than the lease specifies.
Can you raise the security deposit on a renter?
Can a landlord raise your security deposit after your lease is up? On a month-to-month lease agreement, yes, they can raise the security deposit provided they give 30 days notice, and you haven't already paid the equivalent of twice the monthly rent as a deposit (details here).
Can a landlord charge double deposit?
The deposit is refundable and all parties need to make sure that the lease states as such. Both landlords and tenants should be familiar with their state's landlord and tenant laws. It is typical that there is a cap on how much security deposit a landlord can charge or hold, such as no more than two months' rent.
What to do before renewing a lease?
Know when your lease ends. Carefully read your rental agreement and renewing rights. Negotiate with your landlord. Make a decision whether you want to renew your lease. Write a lease renewal letter. Carefully study your new lease. Sigh the new lease and mark its termination date on your calendar.
Can I get my security deposit back if I didn't sign a lease?
Security deposit refunds are often a matter of state law or even city ordinances. Generally, however, if you give a security deposit for an apartment that you don't ever take possession of or sign a lease for, then you are entitled to the entire deposit back.
Do you have to pay a pet deposit every year?
No, it's a one-time deal. For clarification: pet deposits are collected as additional security against damages (just like the security deposit) but are generally refundable. Many states require you to refund anything labeled as a “deposit”.
Do you have to pay a pet deposit for each pet?
Some landlords choose a one-time non-refundable deposit per pet up to two pets. There's no wrong way to determine what to charge for a pet deposit. In states that set limits, many landlords charge pet rent. This means they add an amount to the monthly rent for pets.
