I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.

I've been using different apps for years that take me about 15-30 minutes to change one document but with PDFfiller it took me less than two minutes! so worth the yearly fee.

Great Customer service
Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.

WE HAVE a issue because date of birth format used by pdf filler is mm/dd/yyyy whereas in Australia all forms use dd/mm/yyyyy format. send me a solution tip.
