I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.

What do you like best?
I love that I can make any document filler-friendly. My handwriting is atrocious. I've completed applications, tax forms, and more. I love that I can move my text around. Love that I can easily insert check marks.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I struggle a bit with saving my documents. I sometimes want to save one as a blank and one as a completely filled form.

It's so easy to change a document I might have goofed up! I can make the change and reprint. Done. It's been a huge timesaver for me. I can prefill certain parts of a form I have to use over and over which saves time.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

The tools were pretty easy to use and overall I found editing my pdf document pretty simply even though I'm not too technically inclined

I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

Kara to the rescue
I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Michael Block CPA mblock@blocktax.com

The fax option is $10 a month. It should be $5. However, a $3 third-party fax add-on works with it

We fill out many forms quickly, which would be very time-consuming.
