Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

PdfFiller is great!
Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.

How do you dispose of expired notary stamps?
Remove the rubber from the bottom or base of your stamp, being careful to not get ink on your hands. Cut the rubber polymer into pieces with scissors to ensure it is properly destroyed. Throw the pieces of rubber into the trash.
How do I dispose of a metal notary stamp?
To destroy a self-inking notary stamp, put the stamp case upside-down on a non-slippery surface and push down on the case to expose the stamp surface. Carefully peel the rubber impression pad away from its base. Cut up the pad with a pair of scissors.
How do you destroy endorsement stamps?
Carefully peel the rubber covering from the base, and then use a sharp scissor or razor blade to cut and slice it into pieces so that no decipherable words or letters are left together. Discard the pieces in two or more trash containers. Empty the containers according to local laws.
What if my notary seal wears out?
If your Notary seal should get smudged, be administered too lightly, or come out unevenly inked, simply affix a second seal near, but not over, the first one. Make sure it is readable and able to be photocopied. If space is tight, you may turn your seal sideways.
Do I need a notary stamp and embosser?
The term “Notary seal” is often used interchangeably with stamp and embosser. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp. Embossed seals are not photographically reproducible alone.
How can you tell if a notary stamp is real?
They can easily be found by searching at the American Society of Notaries. Most tax preparation companies also have a notary public available. Make sure the notary is authorized to notarize your documents by requesting to see the actual stamp imprint and the validity year.
Can you use an expired notary stamp?
If the notary stamp is expired, at the time of the notarization, then the notarization is not legal or in effect. If the notary stamp on the document passes its date of expiration, after being done within the effective time period within the stamp date, the document and the notarization are still in effect forever.
Can I use my notary stamp on the expiration date?
Just because the commission seal date has expired, however, doesn't mean the notarized document is invalid. As long as the notary notarized the document before the commission expiration date, the document is valid.
