Perfect Software for Small Business
I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system.
Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images.
Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Is it legal to destroy medical records?
When Medical Records Should Be Destroyed HIPAA requires medical records to be retained for six years from the date of its creation or last use whichever comes later. State laws also generally have document retention laws, however when they're shorter than HIPAA's, the six-year retention period preempts State laws.
Is it illegal to destroy medical records?
Certainly a doctor cannot “erase” or “destroy” a medical record. The record can be amended as long as what was previously recorded remains intact
Can I ask a hospital to delete my records?
Patients can therefore become upset when they find out that particularly sensitive or personal information has been recorded by a GP and can ask for it to be removed. It might be helpful to explain to the patient that a complete and comprehensive medical record is essential for continuity of good medical care.
What happens to medical records after 10 years?
In California, where no statutory requirement exists, the California Medical Association concluded that, while a retention period of at least 10 years may be sufficient, all medical records should be retained indefinitely or, in the alternative, for 25 years.
How far do your medical records go back?
Generally, medical records are kept anywhere from five to ten years after a patient's latest treatment, discharge or death.
When should a record be destroyed?
Patients involved in a clinical trial — 15 years after last episode or 10 years after death (locally agreed exception). Donor records — 11 years post transplantation. Do not destroy — Records marked as a general 'do not destroy' must be kept as permanent full records and should not be destroyed.
