clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. How to send a fillable document that can be returned in a completed state
I am new to using the pdf filler application in my business. When I sent my first document out, my client had a problem returning the filled out document. I used the chat feature to resolve my problem and received excellent help from Sam, who answered my questions and provided me with great resources.

How do you insert a page break?
Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.
How do you view page breaks?
Click Home > Show/Hide. This will display non-printing characters paragraph markers, section breaks, page breaks, etc. that you may want to see while you're working on your document. Double-click the page break so that it's selected, and then press Delete.
How do you remove a page break?
Go Home and select Show/Hide. These displays page breaks while you're working on your document. Double-click the page break to select it and then press Delete.
How do I view section breaks in Word 2016?
Go Home > Show/Hide. The section breaks that you've added will start and end with something similar to this:
Why is there a page break in my Word document?
Word 2000, Word 2002, and Word 2003 Select the first paragraph on the page following the unwanted page break. On the Format menu, click Paragraph. Click the Line and Page Breaks tab. Keep with next: Prevents a page break between the current and following paragraphs.
