originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.

What do you like best?
The fact that I can immediately edit a document and fax it to the right person.
What do you dislike?
It's often difficult for the recipient to make the changes, or understand the steps to signing, initialing a document.

PDF Filler is great PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

Great program and awesome customer service This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

What do you like best about the product? The affordability of pdf filler to begin with . It's an excellent price for all of the features u need to run a business . And the pff filler is incredibly easy and quick to use . What do you like best? The tools are easy to find in PDF filler. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. Payment Certificates result in payment being made by the client to the contractor. Generally, payment certificates can either be issued regularly during the course of the works, such as interim certificates (normally issued monthly) or may signify that a particular stage has been achieved, such as practical completion.
”Interim Payment Certificates” means a payment certificate issued under the Clause “Contract Price and Payment”, other than the Final Payment Certificate. In other words, it provides a mechanism for the client to make payments — usually milestone-based — to the contractor before the works are complete.
An interim payment is an immediate payment for an immediate need. It is a sum of money advanced to a claimant from the total pot of compensation they will get at the end of their personal injury claim.
The final certificate is certification by the contract administrator that a construction contract has been fully completed. It is issued at the end of the defects' liability period and has the effect of releasing all remaining money due to the contractor, including any remaining retention.
Interim valuation is a precursor to the issue of an interim certificate, which in turn allows an interim payment to be made. Furthermore, it is a detailed breakdown, generally prepared by a contractor, that constitutes an application for part payment for work undertaken since the last valuation.

The purpose of the certificate of making good defects (CMG) If the contract administrator considers that they are defects, then they may issue instructions to the contractor to make good the defects within a reasonable time. ... The defects' liability period (now called the 'rectification period' in Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contracts) begins upon certification of practical completion and typically lasts six to twelve months.
The purpose of the certificate of making good defects (CMG) During this period, the client reports any defects that arise in the works to the contract administrator who decides whether they are in fact defects (i.e. works that are not in accordance with the contract), or whether they are maintenance issues.
