I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

What do you like best?
Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files.
What do you dislike?
Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens.

Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful.

How do you dispose of a signature stamp?
To destroy a self-inking notary stamp, put the stamp case upside-down on a non-slippery surface and push down on the case to expose the stamp surface. Carefully peel the rubber impression pad away from its base. Cut up the pad with a pair of scissors.
How do I dispose of old stamps?
Remove the rubber from the bottom or base of your stamp, being careful to not get ink on your hands.
Cut the rubber polymer into pieces with scissors to ensure it is properly destroyed.
Throw the pieces of rubber into the trash.

How do you take apart a self inking stamp?
Push down slightly on the stamp about 1/8 (Image 1).
Remove the ink pad by pulling on the edge on the pad (Image 1).
Re-ink the pad by applying 10 20 drops of 2000+ Stamp Ink (Image 2).
Allow the ink to absorb into the stamp pad.
Replace the stamp pad in the stamp.
How do I know if my notary stamp is legal?
Look at the document once it has been stamped. It should clearly display the name of the notary, the commission number of the notary and the date when the commission expires. If any of this information is not present, you may want to question the legality of the stamp.

Well, the used stamps are bought by dealers who pick out any unusual or valuable stamps which are in very good condition to sell to collectors. The rest of these are sold as used postage stamps for crafting or sent for paper recycling.
How do you take apart a notary stamp?
When the insert is removed, simply move the arms in the opposite direction of each other. Instead of pressing them together to close the gap, pull them apart to open them. They should snap in half and both pieces can be recycled. If you no longer need the embosser body, you may also recycle that part.

All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. ... Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
