Easy to use
Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.

Had a technical issue where I couldn’t find my document. Somehow it disappeared. Contacted support via the chat and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your help and for fixing the issue so quickly!

With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. Great service. I was able to put together some T&C'S for my business and personalise them by adding my logo and name where nedded.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is extremely easy to use and navigate. I've never experienced any lag or difficulties in using the software. Signatures are easy, dates are easy to inpute.
What do you dislike?
You don't get to really choose where files are saved when you download them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to easily fill out and save consolidation agreements, settlement letters, and anything else that I need and don't have time to print out and sign just to have to scan it in. It's definitely a time saver!
