Super Functional Tool I love how affordable and easy it is to manage, edit and process pdf files. The tool is very secure and includes the ability to email a pdf with a security code for document retrieval. The program works great so I don't have any complaints

What do you like best? The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown. What do you dislike? Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read through the documentation on how to use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

What do you like best? I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing PDF docs, adding, merging, e-sign docs etc etc. Avoids us having to scan docs I mean it has a bunch of features that once you start using it you will be like WOW! The Texas Apartment Association Residential Lease Agreement is a legal document that will provide, in writing, all the terms and conditions of a residential rental agreement between a landlord and tenant.
According to the Texas Attorney General, Texas tenants are entitled to the following rights: The right to quiet enjoyment of your home. This means your landlord cannot evict you without proper cause (most commonly nonpayment of rent) or otherwise disturb your right to live in peace and quiet.
Most repairs do not qualify. Local tenant's laws also provide information on how long to wait before you can move to the next step. California: Landlords have 30 days to make the repair (unless it poses danger). Texas: The tenant needs to wait seven days after the written request before moving to the next step.
You have a right to livable conditions. All tenants have a right to be provided with a space considered habitable including working plumbing, electricity and heat. Beyond these basic details, it varies by state how a landlord is required to provide them and what tenants may do when their needs are not met.
Most of the laws relevant to a leased apartment in Texas can be found in Title 8, Chapter 92 of the Texas Property Code, dealing with residential tenancies. Subchapter A tells us that a tenant is anyone who is authorized by a lease — written or oral — to occupy a dwelling to the exclusion of others.
Reletting fees are authorized in lease agreements often written by Texas Apartment Association (TAA). The reletting fee must be a fair amount to cover actual expenses for getting a new tenant on the hook and cannot be unfairly inflated. TAA usually sets this fee at 85 percent of a month's rent.
The reletting fee is typically 150% of one month's rent. Check your specific lease agreement or renewal for your amount. 3) You must continue paying rent each month on the first, until a replacement tenant is found and starts paying rent for you.
If there is no reletting fee, you do not owe one; however, that said, for a month-to-month tenancy, you must provide 30 days notice. If you do not, you may be held liable for rent for the remainder of that 30 days. For example: if you gave 13 days notice, you could be held liable for another 17 days or rent.
Reletting Fees Reletting refers to the landlord's requirement to re-rent your place. Legally a landlord can charge reletting fees to offset any costs associated with advertising and getting the place ready for lease.
A lease is a contract; it can include early termination fees (such as a reletting fee; or return of any concessions)) so long as those were agreed to by the parties (the landlord and tenant) in the lease and not imposed after the fact by the landlord. From what you write, these appear to be legal fees.
