I used your program to work with government forms we needed to complete so I decided to try it for our Contract and Form paperwork that needs to be submitted.

The only thing I wished for in using it was copy/paste for adding many text lines of the same size and shape again and again instead of creating each one each time.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/
