Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

It does what it is supposed to do
It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.

Can Google Docs be private?
All Google Docs are private by default. They only become public when you share them with others. You can share documents by right-clicking them and then selecting Get shareable link, which you can then email to people, or by selecting Share which will also show you who you've shard a document with.
How do I make a folder private?
To create a Hidden folder, tap on new at the bottom of the screen and then tap on Folder. You will be prompted to give the folder a name. To hide the new folder, you need to add a . (without quotes) before the name of the folder, and it will be marked as hidden for android system.
Are Google Docs private by default?
The default document visibility setting is Private, which means only the document creator has access. No one else in the organization can find, view, comment, or edit the document. The secret is to change the document visibility from Private to This organization.
