It would probably be a big plus for most. I have been this job for 13 years and I'm so used to it as well as my clients being used to me. It just works to handwrite them for me. It is easy to use, it just takes longer for me to do.

Would prefer that it not open docs when I load them so that I can upload multiple docs without having to go back to "my documents" so often.

When you export your data file from Excel, you need to select the “Tab Delimited Text” format.
