This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.

It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

Great Product!
I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it.
It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved.
I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

Functionality
Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.
