There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Have not had time to discover ALL the options offered by pdfFiller, but from the little I have used so far it appears as a 'one-stop shop' for everything I need or might need in the future to handle my documents. Great app!

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.

How do I use GPG?
Select (1) RSA and RSA (default) for the type of key.
Enter 4096 for the key size.

What is GPG key used for?
GPG, or GNU Privacy Guard, is a public key cryptography implementation. This allows for the secure transmission of information between parties and can be used to verify that the origin of a message is genuine.
