I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!
