9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level. Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

Everything works wonderfully Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

Select Tools > Stamps. Double-click Text Stamp. Select Text. Type the desired text (e.g., “Draft”). Set the desired opacity (e.g., 30%). Select Font.
Upload a PDF file to which you want to add a watermark: use the drag and drop mechanism or hit the “Add file” button. Enter the text of the watermark or upload an image. Select the opacity and position of the watermark on the document's pages, click the “Add watermark” button, and download your new PDF.
Select Contextual Workflow and click Choose. Next, navigate to the Library sidebar and select PDFs, then double-click on Watermark PDF Documents. Click Add in the action and browse to find a suitable watermark image. Here, users can adjust the offset, scale, angle and opacity of the source file.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. ... Select OK.
Click the File tab and select Add PDF Document. Navigate through your folders and select the PDF you want to edit. Click the Add New Watermark button and select the type of watermark you would like to add to the document, such as a text or image watermark. Type the text you want to use as the watermark.
