Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc.
It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

I use it for filling out work related forms. The forms look much better when filled out online rather than writing in all of the data. I'm able to save a copy online or on my computer, rather than filing a hard copy. It's very convenient and the forms look good too.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

How do you film yourself without a tripod?
Place the camera near the edge of a table. Hold the camera against a wall. Lean against a wall and spread your legs slightly. Carry a small beanbag in your camera bag. Carry a baggie filled with uncooked rice in your camera bag. Use your camera self-timer.
